Bodyweight 300#

I am still dipping above the 300# mark when carbed up. This weeks goal is to dip under 292.5# by Saturday AM, and then get under 290# by Halloween. Today's diet should be well under 1,500 Cal.

I will be going to the Gym at the end of the day.

Adam,
Please let us know what you are going to do for exercise. A boxing type regimen might interest you, and it would get you into tremendous condition.
