New Year, New attitude
I am try a more moderate approach to my weightloss in the new year by going straight into "maintainance" at my goal weight. That is I am going to eat as if I am already at my goal weight of 242#, and gradually take the weight off over the course of the year, while I try to accustom myself to better habits.
Calorie goal: AVERAGE 3,500 Cal/day over the whole week. That is counting any binges or cheat meals, so I will try to stay under 3,000 cal on most days. Protein will be in the 150-200 gm range, to support my weightlifting efforts.

Circuit training in machine room: 3 sets of 10 of benchpress, curls and row.
