BWT 312#

I am still cycling 6xweek and lifting 2xweek. Diet is under 2,000 Cal/day, although I went alot higher on Friday and Sunday. Friday was the Metropolitan opera open house, which was kicked off by a FREE performance of the new production of Madame Butterfly. We ended up having the prix fixe dinner at "DB", afterwards which turned out to be alot of food. Sunday we had dinner at a friends which again put me over my goal.

it's refreshing to know a man that will go to an opera willingly! hope you enjoyed yourself, thanks for dropping by Robert, keep up this level of instensity and i dont doubt for a second that you will lose 5lb/week! go for it :)

Hi Cat,
We already bought a pair of $15 tickets for "Die Zauberflote" which are a great deal if you are not afraid of heights. I am considering going to as many as eight more operas this season, although I haven't purchased the tickets yet. We really haven't been taking enough advantage of living in New York City.
