BWT 287.5#

1,320 Cal yesterday; I am aiming for 1,500 Cal today.

I fortified myself with 100 Calories worth of chocolate before going to the gym.

Workout:

Barbell Incline "Speed Presses": 180#x3x3x3x3x3x3

Not as fast as I would like, but not too bad.

Cable curl: 80#x10x10x10x8x5

Precor Super Squat: 380#x5x5x5

Upright Barbell Row: 125#x5x5x5
