Bodyweight 295#

I have a somewhat bad chest cold, which seems to have weakened me a bit.

Seated Barbell OHP: 200#x2x3x3x2x2x3

These felt hard, and my wrist is still a bit sore.

Cable curl: 100#x5x5x4x4x3

Upright Barbell Row: 120#x5x5x5

Precor Super Squat:300#x5x5x5

Pec deck: 262.5#x5x5x4

Tricep machine: 150#x5x5x5
