I should settle down to 0.5-1#/ day on the 1,500-2,000 Cal/day diet. I will lift this evening, probably at home with my dumbells.

oh wow good luck with the new diet plan and the weight loss - my body seems to hold on to every ounce it can LOL some weeks it's only a 100g loss but oy vey.
Gotta stick at it to see the results right?

Thanks Dee. I find that if I am not vigilant in counting my calories my weight plateaus, even if I think I am being good.
We will see if i can drop 10kg before New Year's.
