I stayed under 1,300 Cal yesterday (and drank lots of water) and I am aiming for 1,500 Cal today.

My goal is to continue to develop my strength through weight training while losing enough bodyfat to become visibly lean. This blog will document my diet and exercise regimen in my quest to reach a bodyweight of 275# in 2005, while at least maintaining my current strength level. In 2001, when I joined my gym, I weighed 385#. Over the next 3 years I lost 30# and dramatically increased my strength with out dieting. This past November I started dieting and have lost an additional 45#.
