Cal. 2,300 130g protein (yesterday).
I am staying pretty well hydrated, drinking lots of water and eating ~400 Cal. for dinner (salad and protein shake, last night). My arms measured 18" (cold. flexed) this AM, which is pretty good indication that I am not carb depleted.
Next lifting session is tomorrow morning, although I did do some work on the grip machine last night.

you're doing really well! im wondering, if you eat 400cal for dinner --which is pretty normal actually-- do you get hungry in the evenings? if so, do you just ignore it or do you drink bouillon or something to get rid of the hunger?
just curious :)
I might drink some water or some unsweetened tea, but I am pretty used to having nothing at all, so I don't get all that hungry. I just get that detached feeling from being deep in ketosis, but that starts kicking in an hour or two after lunch.
