Incline Press: 235#x5 240#x5x5x5x5

Paused all but the final rep on the last two sets.

Cable curl (drop sets):110#/80#/50# x3 x2 x2

3-Board Press 275#x5x5

I didn't like the groove on these, so I decided to switch to Floor Presses which follow a bar path closer to that of the incline Press.

Floor press: 280#x3 250#x5x5

250# looks like a good weight to start with.

Rack Pull: 505#x5x5x5
