Workout:

Military Press: 205#x1x1x1x1x1 160#x5x5x5x5x5

Trying an Anthony Ditillo scheme: Five singles with ~90% 1RM followed by 5x5 with 70% 1RM. The weights will stay constant until I can handle 5x3 with the 205#. The 5x5 are done explosively, from a full pause at the bottom.
