Averaging 2,000 Cal/day, never going above 4,000 or below 1,700 Cal. Need to average a deficit of about 1,700 Cal/day to hit 242# by September first.

My back was a bit sore still from Tuesday's workout, so I gave it a break by doing seated presses.
