BWT 280.4#

A new low for bodyweight. I need to average 3.4#/week for the rest of the Summer to hit my goal weight of 242# by September first.

Cable Curl (drop sets):100#/80#/60#x2x2x2

Leg Press: 520#x5x5x5x5x5

When you first started at the gym, what weight exercises did you do? What kind of weights were you pushing around?

I trained on machines for three months before I moved on to free weights. At that point I was about 1/2-2/3 my current strength level on most exercises. So, when I started benching I could barely lift 200#, but my bench was over 300# a few months later as I made those "beginner gains".
