I have started logging everything I eat everyday on fitday, in an attempt to restore some discipline to my diet. I keep cheating just enough to stay in maintainance.

cheating is not bad until it prevents us from reaching what we want, i know that better than anyone lol i hope fitday helps give you that bit of accountability you need to push through the extra cheats, good on you for keeping those workouts consistent :D
