I am dilligently logging everything I eat into Fitday. So far I am running an 11,000 Cal deficit this week. I chose September first as my target date for achieving my goal weight, so I need to average 3.3# of loss per week. Doable, but it will take some discipline.

wow yes more than 'some' discipline too im thinking 3.3# every week till sept will take a helluva lotta discipline...i wonder though...wont it feel bloody amazing to achieve it? youd feel incredible no doubt :D
