Thans for the support everybody.

I haven't been really good about my diet the past two weeks, but I am getting back on track this week and looking forward to getting under 280# in the next week or so.

Work out:

Really hard. Taking a few months off on the benchpress has set me way back.

Pull-up(-125#)x5x5x4x4x3

Cable curl: 80#x5

Triceps push down: 150#x12x12x12

Legpress: 530#x5x5x5x5x5

Chest Press Machine: 250#x3 270#x1 290#x1
